The accommodation

Brinkley units are self-contained three bedroom, 2 key apartments comprised of:

• A two bedroom unit with a double and twin bedroom,
• Bathroom with standard spa bath with shower and separate toilet
• Air conditioned living area with 32" LCD
• 8 channel Sky TV and iPod docking stations
• Kitchen / dining area with dishwasher, fridge, microwave

The studio units have either a queen bed or twin beds, a 32" LCD 8 channel Sky TV, a kitchenette and a bathroom with toilet and shower.

The two bedroom and studio units can be let as a three bedroom unit as they are interconnecting and share a laundry with washing machine and dryer and a ski storage area. This is located between both units.

The units have new lounges, carpets and curtains and were previously let as part of the Qualmark four star rated Brinkley Resort.

It is possible to book two adjoining two or three bedroom units (subject to availability) providing accommodation for up to twelve people with separate living areas for the adults and children.

Off street parking is provided.

Please Note! These are fully self contained apartments with beds made up. They are NOT Serviced apartments so rooms are not cleaned or serviced or beds made during your stay. Please do the washing up, empty the fridge and bins, wipe the benches and clean the oven or a $50 cleaning fee will be charged.

Deposit 50% on booking. Balance due 14 days prior to commencement. 

The prices are in New Zealand Dollars approximate the standard low season Rack Rates charged by Brinkley Resort. 
Our low season minimum stay is 7 nights but you only pay for 5.

Payment Information for Australian Guests:
Payments made with Australian Credit Cards (Mastercard and Visa only) are at the current exchange rate and are not subject to Foreign Transaction Fees and we do not pass on Credit Card charges.

Payment Information for New Zealand Guests:
You can pay with your New Zealand Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard only) at the NZ Dollar rate by phoning through the card details.

Alternatively you can choose to pay by Direct Credit into our New Zealand bank account. Other Guests:

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations prior to 30 days forfeit 10% of accommodation fee.

Cancellations prior to 14 days forfeit one night's accommodation fee.

Cancellations 3 – 14 days prior days forfeit 50% of accommodation charge.

Later cancellations forfeit full accommodation charge.
